During cron executions, watchdog logs "LDAP bind failure for user userdn=, pass=." on our setup.

We configured:
- LDAP Servers with option "Anonymous Bind for search, then Bind with Users Credentials"
- LDAP User with option "Perform no action, but email list of orphaned accounts."

Disabling the LDAP User cron action makes the error disappear.

Title: LDAP User: cron failure with anonymous bind » _ldap_user_orphans() fails with anonymous bind
Status: Active » Postponed (maintainer needs more info)

Hi

Could you please verify if this valid with current DEV?

I don't have such a setup and cannot verify it directly but the calls performed by the orphan processor are all standard calls to ldap_server and should bind automatically. We also fixed a bug or two some time ago with the orphans so maybe that was related.
