The %dn argument is missing. This should be:

      watchdog('ldap_authentication', 'LDAP user with DN %dn has email address (%mail) conflict with a drupal user %name', array('%dn' => $ldap_user['dn'], '%name' => $account_with_same_email->name, '%mail' => $ldap_user['mail']) , WATCHDOG_ERROR);
