Hello, I found this module by recommendation from https://www.drupal.org/project/language_selection_page description. But it seems that it's not working as expected. I carefully followed steps in README. Using this order of negotiation URL -> Cookie -> Language Selection Page. But if no language is selected, it always picks default one and skips Language Selection Page. If I disable Language Cookie negotiation it works as expected.

This is possibly related to #2934427: Doesn't seem to work with internal page cache enabled. Did disabling page_cache or installing the patch in #2934427: Doesn't seem to work with internal page cache enabled also work to resolve this issue?
