Add support for preformatted KML in fields to accommodate Geofield's advanced geometries and facilitate creating prefabricated tokenized KML fragments.
Add support for folders.
Change the name of 'coordinates' alias to 'Point_coordinates' to avoid ambiguity with linestring coordinates.
