Links text should be more descriptive than "here"

Links text should be something different than "here". The link text in a sentence like:

Key for '$service' @ '$domain' doesn't exist. Go <a href='/admin/settings/keys'>here</a> to manage keys.

could be changed in:

Create it in the <a href='/admin/settings/keys'>key management</a> settings.
