In key_manage_settings() there is a typo on the closed tag; the code is the following:

  $form['set_keys'] = array(
    '#type' => 'item',
    '#title' => t("Existing Keys"),
    '#description' => t("Keys that have already been added."),
    '#value' => "<div id='keys_table'>". keys_manage_get_keys() ."</dib>",
  );

The issue is also present in the 6.x-1.0 version.
