• Refactored constants to start with KALATHEME_
  • Included includes/setup.inc from Drush command to avoid code duplication.
  • Added unified array of themes available from bootswatch to avoid code duplication.
  • Used drush_log and drush_set_error instead of drush_print to indicate success or failure.
  • Added support for Cupid and Lumen bootwatch themes.

Lots of things have changed in Kalatheme. I worked a bunch of this magic in but some was no longer applicable. If you've got a chance to check out the new drush commands in particular i would be thrilled!

Going to mark as "needs works" but if you see nothing wrong i think its fine to move to RTBC.
