woops, looks like the 5.x-0.9 release is missing all the files in the root jstools directory, except LICENSE.txt

confirmed a new tarball will have to be rolled. in meantime you can grab the -dev version.

Thanks for the note. This isn't the first time I've fogotten to tag part of a jstools release. It's part of the reason I'm breaking jstools up into different projects for 6.x--it's too much for me to effectively manage in a single project.

I've posted a new release.
