There is a lack of first day of the week initializatiopn for jscalendar russian translation:
Calendar._FD = 1;

This causes calendar not to initialize when russian localization is active. Please add this line. Thanks.

The fix is already in the CVS version (on all branches), there just hasn't been an official release of jstools since it went in.
Please get it from there if you need it right now.

If you're not comfortable using a cvs client you can download it from the cvs webinterface
