Endpoint should be different from your main JsonAPI endpoint (Core default to jsonapi, but can have been changed thanks to JsonAPI Extras).
Route is using existing path.alias values: defined manually in the content, or dynamically through pathauto.
JsonAPI Include should be working out of the box.
