Strange error-response format

Hi guys,
When an error occurs at service side, the response format that the server throw me is bit confising:

{"#error":false,"#data":{"#error":true,"#message":"Could not find the node."}}

When should be somthing like:

{"#error":true,"#message":"Could not find the node."}

After tring to upgrade to aplha 2, I had more issues that I will post here later.. so I decied to downgrade to alpha1 again..
