I was looking in module directory, on the project page - nowhere to find.
Please, write step by step, what to paste into .htaccess, it is not so trivial.

Note: It's also stated in the readme file that you should check out the configuration form.

Thanks for gr8 module.

I would suggest adding that path to the readme file as that path was not apparent (admin/config/system/js) and the Menu link didn't show up in the configuration until I did a cache clear and update.
