Make the module compatible with Drupal 8.

Thanks for taking intiative on this. Can you push whatever you have to https://github.com/piyuesh23/jquery_carousel/tree/8.x-1.x.

Lets collaborate on github & track the d8 porting there. Its easier to review code on github.

I have released the branch with the latest code so that we can use the drupalci for testing but not displayed on the project page.

P.S. : Well I feels that its issues would be good candidate for drupalcon asia sprint.I'll create the pending subtasks in few days before con.
