While using cck file upload fields and jquery 1.7.1 tools in custom form, the remove functionality is not working fine. Onclicking the remove button, the respective image is getting removed from the server. But the change is not reflected in the UI.

goron commentedCan you describe how you're using jQuery Multi in this example? I'd need more information to know what's going on here.
One important thing is that if your custom form is using jQuery 1.7.1 and trying to connect to jQuery from CCK, you would have to also load the CCK jQuery with 1.7.1 (through jQuery Multi). Otherwise the two pieces exist in separate versions of jQuery and can't communicate. But I'm just guessing here.

sowmi211 commentedHI Goron,
Myself and sathishdevan87 are working together. So i am giving you more details about the issue
We are using Drupal 6 + AJAX module to Ajaxify the custom Forms. + Themes using Jquery 1.7.1 including (jquery tools.min.js, jquery.cycle.js, Jquery.qtip.js)
Using Drupal core which uses 1.2.6 and my theme using 1.7.7 Jquery is conflicting.
So I used Jquery Multi. Fine but few pages are not fine.
1. Using Filefield in custom form, on Upload it shows preview of image there. On remove the image is removed from the server but not removed from UI.
Since ahah.js using Jquery 1.7.1.min.js from library
which is supposed to Drupal Core jquery.js
2.Qtip is not working fine.

goron commentedIt's still a bit hard for me to understand what exactly is going on in your setup. But the first thing I would suggest is to make sure that all JS files that need to interact with each other are loading under jQ 1.7.1. To do this, go to any page that is loading all your scripts, and look at the page source. Find the lines that load these two things: jquery-1.7.1.min.js and switch.js. The files loaded in between those two files will be using jQuery 1.7.1. Anything not in between those lines is loading under Drupal's jQuery (if it's loading at all).
Again, any files that need to work together need to be loaded under jQuery 1.7.1. (e.g. for image upload whatever is doing the JS for the UI needs to be loaded with jqmulti as well as possibly the AJAX module code, which is probably interacting with it).
There are a few things to keep in mind:
- This module is not intended to load Drupal core JS, because that code is not guaranteed (or likely) to work with newer versions of jQuery. I'm not sure if it's possible at the moment to load drupal.js in jqmulti. It could be that some uploading UI JS is in there. But I'm not sure. Does the imagefield module have its own JS?
- As for the plugins in your theme. Please take a look at whether they are being loaded between the scripts I mentioned above and report back. I haven't done much experimenting with jqmulti and theme JS. There could be a bug with loading theme JS. If it is being loaded, remember that the plugin itself as well as the code in which you're calling the qTip functions all have to be loaded with 1.7.1
Hope that helps.
