Generate node revisions on save

I agree this sounds like a good feature. The problem is that it will create a new revision for each time you change any single field. If you're dealing with a lot of fields then that can make for a very bloated revisions table very quickly. If implemented, I think this should be a configurable option for performance reasons. I'll gladly accept patches for this feature, or will work on it myself when I find some time (or need the feature myself).

OK, version 1.3 has included an administration screen with an option to generate new revisions with each save. I will not be held responsible if your revisions table gets so big it crashes your website. So use with caution :).
