Combine the carousel with a scroll bar

Hello !
Thanks a lot for great module.
I would like to see a scroll-bar to the bottom of the carousel like in the attached file.

We can achieve a partial result by modifying CSS like this:
div.jcarousel-clip {overflow:auto;}
However the scroll bar behaves wrong when we scroll using buttons.
So, a more complicated solution is required to do that.

Anybody knows how to achieve the desired feature???
