Theming issue - move navigation. Which template?

Hi,

I've come up against a theming issue where we need to put the jcarousel navigation to within the view container. I've looked through all the view template files and thought it would be obvious but it's not. See screenshot attached - the slideshow nav div renders after the view but it needs to be within the div above in this case. I'm not writing the CSS in this case so can't comment why - just dealing with the request.

Does anyone know howI can control where this renders?

Many thanks,
