Waring: include_once(sites/all/modules.... Cannot get rid of this PHP error

I download the 6x2.2 version. Upload to sites/all/modules and enable. I immediately get this error. Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated. I have deleted and re-installed module about 3 times. Thank you!
