I cannot find a way to translate the iToggle field label in the node edit page.
I think the issue is in itoggle.module where it says 

'#prefix' => "<div class=\"form-item form-type-itoggle form-item-status\"><label class=\"field-label\">{$label}</label>",

The label is not being translated.

In order to translate iToggle field labels, I ended up overriding hook_form_BASE_FORM_ID_alter()
and force replacing the content of $form['itoggle_helper_field_my_field']['#prefix']

Is there a better solution than this?

I've comitted a tentative fix: http://drupalcode.org/project/itoggle.git/commit/a19637f

It's pretty early here so this might or might not work, should be harmless if it doesn't though... let me know!
