I would like an event for Rules based on the field being toggled.

On searching for this, I found that it also needs to be compatible with conditional_fields #1741614

Sorry, I hadn't properly tested this earlier.

On toggling the field, when the page is saved, the user_update event is triggered (presuming it was a user that was edited, as in my case).
