Not had any comments on the site for a while and tried to post one.

I was logged in as a user but posting as a guest using a different browser

PDOException: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '2504-comment' for key 'PRIMARY': INSERT INTO {ip_posts} (type, id, ip) VALUES (:db_insert_placeholder_0, :db_insert_placeholder_1, :db_insert_placeholder_2); Array ( [:db_insert_placeholder_0] => comment [:db_insert_placeholder_1] => 2504 [:db_insert_placeholder_2] => 1318421864 ) in ip_posts_insert() (line 324 of /home/user/public_html/sites/all/modules/ip/ip.module).

Disabled and un installed Ip address manager and posted comment ok
