ChristieLuv commented*lol* It looks like we have three in a row here! I'm getting the same thing and I have version 5.7.0 too! Its vbDrupal though. I don't get an error message or anything, the email just didn't arrive. My Invite version is 5.x-1.13

ChristieLuv commentedOh I'm sorry, the invite worked for me actually, it the email just took a long time to get there. It seemed like a whole day *lol*

paul_constantine commentedSame here.
Using Drupal 6.6
Token-6.x-1.11
Invite-6.x-2.0
And a Postfix SMPT.
Selfregistration to the site works like a charm.
Invite seems to work - it actually sais the invitation was sent - but is never sends out anything.
UPDATE:
Found out the Invite works when not using a commercial freemailer (i.e. gmail.com, web.de, lycos.de) whereas both the self registration and the Invite will not work on freemail plattforms they work on private domain mailers.
Could it be that the spam filters of the commercial freemailers prevent my messages from getting through?
Do I need something else than just a SMTP to send mails? My domain is a DYNDNS domain with MX record relay.
Questions and Questions.
