Note: > and < are not inserted, and a single space is required between variables.

= Create Text Format For Use With Insert Frame =

Go to: examplesite.com/admin/config/content/formats/add

Name: Insert Frame

Enabled Filters: Check "Include iFrame with auto-height feature"

Really helpful! It would be great to have this as well as possible ways to implement an iFrame in Content Types, Panels, etc.
