wrong markup if views block are embedded

Hi,
I use omega 3 theme. I noticed that if I embed proper drupal block inside node, like some menu block etc., the markup is ok, meaning that the block content is inside wrapper.
However if I embed a block made by views, the content is outside wrapper. As well as the content is not inside contextual links wrapper. Tha contextual edit icon is not displayed as well.

After testing it seems that it is caused by theme - omega in my case. In bartik theme everything works ok.
Any ideas what can be causing it?
