When I use any colorbox style in the image field this error shows up, it seem as the option list is being populated. On two different servers and sites it was working and then suddenly last week it began to do this.

Notice: Undefined index: width in template_preprocess_colorbox_insert_image() (line 158 of /home/sitename/public_html/ sitename/sites/all/modules/colorbox/colorbox.theme.inc).
Notice: Undefined index: height in template_preprocess_colorbox_insert_image() (line 159 of /home/sitename/public_html/sitename /sites/all/modules/colorbox/colorbox.theme.inc).

This was a colorbox issue that has ben fixed

It's a colorbox 'bug' you need to update you colorbox-insert-image.tpl.php file (it's inside latest colorbox release).

Anyway old pictures will you old colorbox-insert-image.tpl.php file settings... It maybe cause of https://www.drupal.org/node/2401417
