Hi there,
I am using the template override (image-insert-image.tpl.php) to insert custom html, and it is working properly. With that said, I am having an issue where if the Title field is left blank, the placeholder text is injected into the html. Is there any way to prevent this action when no information is entered?

I acknowledge this ticket being quite old. Anyway, I cannot imagine placeholder text getting inserted. More likely, some default value for the title may have been specified when configuring the image field.
