When the field allows for multiple bundles, the IEF table shows the bundle column. The shown bundles are rendered as links. Let's make them not links :)

The part that needs to change is in EntityInlineForm::getTableFields:

      $fields[$bundle_key] = [
        'type' => 'field',
        'label' => $bundle_field_label,
        'weight' => 2,
        // Needs 'display_options' => [ here
      ];

Here is a patch. Since we are using a setting for a formatter I figured it was good idea to explicitly set the formatter instead of relying on default.
