Is there a way i can load the body of a node withput the [inline:xxx] tags added? i need this in order to theme a teaser view that only shows the text, and then the acual node page would be the one that will show the entire node, including of course the images.

i'll appretiate any help, thanks in advance.

While that would be basically possible with Inline v1.x, it won't be possible with Inline v2.x. However, there is no such functionality in Inline currently. I highly recommend you to use http://drupal.org/project/excerpt or a similar approach to have different contents in different fields.
