We must provide to the user some help on available macros/parameters

Currently filter tips (filter core module) implements this by being attached as a container displayed below fields which handle 'formats'

We are attaching to text fields too, so maybe we must render somewhere near there (below or above?) that 'inline tips'

No problem, i've reading some "drupal development good practices" which said to open new issues for each thing to discuss.
