Add option to filter by project maintenance status

I'm not sure if this is Solr... Feel free to toss this over to webmaster's if it's in the wrong place.

Someone on IRC was asking about finding projects needing help and I couldn't see any place to search by maintenance status. I was thinking http://drupal.org/project/modules would be a good place as it could be used both for people wanting to help out and by those who want to avoid modules that are struggling to be maintained.
