Problem with block bars on my drupal5 site. Admin can see their content bue anon and registered users can not

I have uploaded video and images and sound a while ago but they are not showing to anyone in the blocks except admin. Yesterday I uploaded a new sound to test it and that is visible in the blocks to everyone. I can not find how to update the blocks or do something similar to solve this problem.
