Great! This module is great!
A usefull feature could be that every Vocabulary may have the 3 different pages (alphabetical, tree, brwsable) at the same time, using different url for every display so that users can choose how to see avery Vocabulary.

As you hopefully can see in the dev multiple indexes per vocabulary are possible. However, the dev is far from complete and you are not yet able to filter on any content or even view anything. It's just the admin interface, but the work to allow for multiple indexes per vocabulary has been done.
