Image link problem

Problem/Motivation

The link with an image uploaded with IMCE File Manager doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce

1. I upload image1 with IMCE
2. I upload image2 with IMCE
3. I insert image1 on the page with IMCE
4. I select image1 and link to image2 with “Insert files links using Imce File Manager”

The link does not work.

1. I upload image1 with FTP
2. " ……….

The link works.

Solutions?
