We can double click a file to download it, but it's implicit. With a "download" button, it will help average people greatly.

I try to do a new patch but I couldn't download it. I try to change the header from the file and then use the function file_transfer($uri, $headers) from file.inc but it doesn't work. May be you have any tip.
