versions:

- core 7.38
- imce: latest -dev
- imce W bridge: 7.x-1.0
- latest versions of timymce and ck

when going to add tool buttons to either tiny or ck, imce does not show up as an option. i had imce 1.5 and it was listed there; but other things were broken so i updated to 1.9 and after that can no longer add as a tool.

This must be related to imce_wysiwyg module but i can't reproduce the issue with it.
