Change height constraint [maximum dimension]

I'm not allowed to upload images larger than 1200px (height or width). The image I want to upload is 1650px high.
I've been searching in the module code to find the piece of code that makes this constraint. In the file "imce.core.profiles.inc" I've found a line of code that possibly makes this constraint, but changing it didn't help.

I'm not a code expert and fear I'm looking in the wrong place.

I've searched for similar issues, but couldn't find an answer suiting my needs.

Can someone tell me how to change the maximum size of the uploaded images?
