I know there have been some other issues about this, but none of the workarounds/patches worked for me.
And I'm not sure if this the exact same issue.

In internet explorer 8 & 9 (did not test in 7) there is no "Insert file" button available.
Also when you doubleclick a file it opens in a new window and doesn't send it to tinymce.
In firefox and Chrome this works like expected!

The issues that didn't help:

I'm using the following modules:

TinyMCE 3.3.9.3
IMCE 6.x-2.x-dev
IMCE WYSIWYG bridge 6.x-1.1
WYSIWYG 6.x-2.3

I hope someone can help me out!

No problem in Opera 11.10

@tekrei: your problem is with IMCE CCK Image module. You should seek solution in its issue queue.

@others: try disabling other modules one by one to see which module is causing the issue.
