bigcrunch commentedit happens to me the same
Comment #2
bigcrunch commentedI thinks it's a bug, not a support request.
Comment #3
mrf commentedI am also seeing the same thing. I recently moved the site to a new testing server, and began seeing the error.
Comment #4
kevingolde commentedThis error will go away by changing argument 3 to have a default value if it is missing.
That is, on line 66 we have:
function imap_auth_form_alter(&$form, $form_state, $form_id) {
change it to:
function imap_auth_form_alter(&$form, $form_state, $form_id='') {
Comment #5
jpmoo commentedImplemented kevingolde's fix eliminates the error, but I do not see any administrative page under Administer > Site configuration. Going directly to "admin/settings/imap_auth" brings up the attached. We're running in IIS on Windows 2003. PHP IMAP functions are installed and working correctly in other (non-Drupal) applications.
Comment #6
wildturkey commentedI have the same issue with the missing site conf page same as jpmoo, on 2 servers apache2, php4, mysql3 and apache2.2, php5 and postgres8.1. Both of these machine have php imap installed and have working copies of a php web mail program
Comment #7
jpmoo commentedDeactivated, uninstalled and then reinstalled the module to see if that would help. No change. Still no settings page.
Comment #8
ij commentedSame error here with Drupal 5.3, imap_auth 5.x-1.x-dev and postgresql 8.1 on Debian Etch.
Comment #9
oadaeh commentedThe problem is that the 5.x version is being pulled from HEAD [0] and on September 2 yecarrillo started converting HEAD to be compatible with Drupal version 6 [1].
As far as I am concerned, this module is no longer compatible with Drupal 5.

owen barton commentedHere is how to create a DRUPAL-5 version from a HEAD CVS checkout:
cvs up -r1.5 imap_auth.module
cvs up -r1.2 imap_auth.info
This needs to be fixed by someone with cvs commit access to the project. The simplest way would be to do the above, and then commit as a DRUPAL-5 branch.
Attached is a tarball which should hopefully work for non-techy folks in the meantime.
Comment #11
owen barton commentedThe 'work' in this case being one of the project devs committing the DRUPAL-5 branch ;)
Comment #12
owen barton commentedHere is an updated tarball that fixes a bug in the above one, and also includes the patch from http://drupal.org/node/211288
Comment #13
davisbenThe 5.x-1.x branch is no longer supported, cleaning up the issue queue.
