Unable to install Image Flow Drupal 7.23

I am trying to install image flow in Drupal 7.23 version . I have installed libraries, imagecache_reflect module also I copied the http://finnrudolph.de/content/ImageFlow_1.3.0.zip into

But When I am trying to install imageflow I am getting the error "You need to install the Imageflow library. The js file should be readable at sites/*/libraries/imageflow/imageflow.js. You can find the library at http://finnrudolph.de/ImageFlow/Download. (Currently using Imageflow library Library required for Imageflow)"
