Some new functionality - Split the text overlay into its own library, and added DYNAMIC (php code generated) text as a 'caption' overlay.
This is still experimental, from code donated by patrickharris at http://drupal.org/node/264862
It has some issues, including breakage if you use a WYSIWYG on the textarea, so don't do that.
Note that the NAME of the text2canvas action has CHANGED as the module was renamed. If you are upgrading from imagecache_actions 5--1-0 to 5--2-0 you may have to REMAKE the caption action (just the text, not the whole preset), as it's boring to provide an upgrade path.
