What code can I use to make the image a percentage of the screen width so it looks good with responsive design and will change automatically when the screen size changes.
I know the code to call using a %age of the width of the image but how do I use the width of the screen?

This module is about crating image derivatives server side, without knowledge of the client display. Have a look at, e.g, Adaptive Image Styles (ais) or Responsive Images.
