hey all,

on our website gurbs.org we try to create a circle-shaped images to add on our frontpage as teasers for articles
however when we set our imagestyle on:
scale and crop + roundedcorners
it simply displays a squared image, even though the preview picture shows the right outcome
puzzling no?

can anybody help? would be more than welcome!

You probably have to switch to the png format to get transparency (the preview picture is already a png). See the notes on the edit page for this image effect. Disadvantage is larger file size.

Note: why not use css for rounded corners? Simpler and faster.
