Permit styles to reference other styles

Would be great if an actions could call other actions.

Eg a "brand" action to apply watermark and colour changes to match site theme, and several scaling actions which first apply brand and do their scale settings. Thus a change to the colour / watermark / etc can be easily applied to many styles with only one update.

Does it exist?
