Use -thumbnail instead of -resize

Since recent versions of Imagemagick support the -thumbnail command, ImageAPI for Imagemagick should use it, or should have an option to use it. The different between them is important, especially for small thumbnail (#276802: Image Optimization).

Module like Imagecache always keep the original image, so no need to keep other metadata than the pixels themselves.
