Multisite, imagecache no create folder imagecache, neither sub-folders for preset

Multisite imagecache not create folder imagecache, neither sub-folders for preset

No log error in syslog neither apache.err, just create at drupal_root/sites/sitio1/files/imagecache_sample.png

Sof linux ubuntu
Drupal 6,9
File system works
CleanURLs work
Image toolkits work

drupal_root
.httaccess original , no change
drupal_root/sites/sitio1
.htaccess change uncomment RewriteBase /

In same server work fine drupal simple site , with clean url and imagecache .-
Any idea ? .-
