imageapi_gd_image_resize returns incorrect $image->info['height']

The imageapi_gd_image_resize function is incorrectly setting the $image->info['height'] parameter to $width.

At first I was having problems with crop, but after debugging, this is where the issue is at.

Attached is a patch that will fix this issue.
