Sort image galleries by terms

I use this amazing module in conjunction with Piclens, Lightbox and Views. Now i have many photo galleries on web and need sort galleries. Sort criteria (vocabulary/term): Year (2008, 2009, 2010), Team (Mens, Womens, Junior, Cadet etc.)

I know, i must edit file image_gallery.admin.inc (contains data to create gallery), but everything what i try don´t work. I need to add there term select drop-down menu assign to gallery. After that i can easily sort galleries with views.

Do anybody know which code from (http://drupalcontrib.org/api/search/6/term) is best for my problem?
