Image attach not workin when trigger `unpublish content` is active

When the trigger unpublish post is active, the image attach (on any type content) not works, shows the error 'invalid or missing image file for upload and attach' . A node image taxonomy is created but, no image on it.

If I unset the trigger all works ok.
