Since upgrading to beta3, when I edit a page, there is no option below the edit window to attach an image.

Galleries are working fine. I can import a new image, I can make a new gallery, but there is no way to attach to a page an image that is already in a gallery.

You mean on node/X/edit?
Check permissions.

What permissions should I check? The node in question is one that I regularly edit. I have full administrator privileges for the site in question.

There are new user permissions for image attach, but if you're uid 1 that won't apply.
Check the image attach settings -- the 'attach existing images' setting.
Do you get the form to upload new images?

Yes, it was the permissions. I guess I missed that item in the release notes.

I don't usually log in with uid 1.
