I'm trying to import 600+ images, but nothing happens and no message is displayed. If I try importing a handful of images, it works. I suspect it's a timeout issue. Does anyone know what settings I would need to adjust to accomplish this? Thanks.

Adding php_value max_execution_time 600 to .htaccess didn't work for me.

In addition to max_execution_time you probably need to tweak PHP's memory limit.

Thanks for your help sun. The memory limit is 128M and made sure /files/images/ & /files/images/temp are writable by webserver and still nothing. My local webserver is set to 32M, and I can import them. Not a big deal seeing as how it works, just not on my remote server.
